Brigid is the Celtic Goddess of Spring (Imbolc), and of fire and water. She is often shown near a cauldron being heated by a fire. This symbolises cleansing and transformation. Our physical being is the cauldron, and our emotions are the water. Brigid releases trauma, emotional blocks and negative programming from our subtle bodies, and neutralises them in her sacred flame.
When to use: Essence brings the light of spirit into dark places, and dissipates, absorbs or clears negative energy and debris from the deepest levels in the subtle bodies.
