14. OVERCOMING GUILT
This combination overcomes possibly the biggest emotional blackmail programming of the whole human race. We are made to feel guilty if we don’t give to charity, for the death of Jesus, for the money we earn, for the people who are less well off than us, for wars of our forefathers, for sexual pleasure and for our particular gender, colour or race, etc. This essence promotes self-esteem and confidence, and an acceptance of who we are. It releases emotional programming that has lead to a state of being plagued by guilt or regret. It releases burdens, obsessions, old emotional baggage and self-sacrificing programming, that can lead to health problems.
